After the above story I was very pissed off..... As they said the measures take immediate effect. It meant I would need the IGPs permission to have diner at home tonight (Wife, Kids, me and house help is more than 5) I would also need a permit to drop the kids at school if wife sits in car tomorrow morning. I cannot go to a kids birthday party this saturday or even a baptism. When I go shopping I have to count people in the store before I enter. I cannot eat at Nalongo's (it's in her compound) during lunch if more than 3 of her clients arrive before me ... market day in Kamwokya is now canceled I am sure ... etc. Then it occurred to me Now I do not have to go home at night......... I can drink in a bar and end up with some hot woman and form a new music band and practice the whole night long (I will be doing the dancing in the band and her the singing .... :-) ) In the morning I will tell the wife "Honey I could not come home as the IGP was still processing my permit as coming home would have made us an illegal gathering!" "The line at CPS was HUGE!!!! I was there in line .... the whole night!" "I may come home tonight if IGP is kind" If and when I need to go home I will say to the wife ..... "Please keep silent and don't make noise ... I am here illegally so can only stay a short while as I do not want you people arrested ....." This is GREAT! OK .... I now have no complaints about the law Long live the IGP... Kiggs
