The international media like Radio France International, United Press 
International and other web based blogs are already discussing intentions to 
sue 
by Mzee Semei including his price tag and other entitlements. What I am not 
sure 
about is whether these discussions (Already public through the above media) are 
not pre-judicial if we want to take the approach suggested.
