Sam' I think what you have suggested here is a wonderful idea. The idea of a family gathering would help us to re-enforce our family unity and by expanding the scope of leisure the few guys and ladies who normally attend these functions. this is also a good time to get our kids and youth on board and perhaps give them some opportunity to learn our culturewhen cultural events are organized on such a day. It also offrers the opportunity for the kids to network and learn among themselves. This is the only way we can prepare our kids to take over from the older generation. I fully support this suggestion you have made of invloving the families.
