I think what you have suggested here is a wonderful idea. The idea of a
family gathering would help us to re-enforce our family unity and by
expanding the scope of leisure the few guys and ladies who normally attend
these functions. this is also a good time to get our kids and youth on board
and perhaps give them some opportunity to learn our culturewhen cultural
events are organized on such a day. It also offrers the opportunity for the
kids to network and learn among themselves. This is the only way we can
prepare our kids to take over from the older generation. I fully support
this suggestion you have made of invloving the families.
