A draft of the document is what we need. We have a wonderful flow of discussions except that we tend to have too many topics at the same time. I am a new member who probably has not got the way things run. I think we need to discuss or share ideas on issues and bring each topic to a closure. The way forward should be easy once we are fully running. I like the membership idea.... we need some cash to do what we plan to do. Members its time for us to support our people. Have a wonderful week/weekend.
