Christine, Thank you for your efforts to have the Police answerable for there actions. It should be emphasized that save for a conviction by a competent court, no person has the right to take away ones life. Even if a person is caught red handed committing an offence that carries the death sentence, the full court process up to confirmation of the death sanction by the highest court in the land must be followed. This explains why Draru has not yet been convicted for the murder of the late Kazini even though she confessed so. If the Army can punish their own for raping an innocent woman, who are those policemen who think they can shoot people at will! I implore Christine to take up the matter with the Police Standards Unit if she fails to get positive results from Entebbe Police.
