Sorry to hear about this unfortunate instance. There are so many unknown factors leading to the unfortunate death of the fish mongers. We have a few high ranking people from West Nile region in the police force. Can those people living in the Entebbe area coordinate and enlist support from some of these people to investigate whether: a) The victims had fish nets or some other equipment for fishing? b) Do the victims have fishing licenses? People who know the victims may have better answers? c) Is there a government policy prohibiting people to fish on the lake? d) Do people normally fish on the lake or at this particular site of this incidence ? e) Is there public warning advising people not to fish on the lake or at this particular site?
