John, There could have been no better time to redirect our energies than what you have opined. When we suggested members to pay membership fees in order for us to start a secretariat, members looked the other way. Perhaps all this is because people have clang to one topic which in my view was educative. i.e why Asian Students are intelligent. But I think, it is not yet too late.
