All, 1. I shall request the presentation on CAPITAl MARKETS PARTICIPATION THROUGH COLLECTIVE INVESTMENT FUNDS to be distributed to all on the Forum.
2. I shall offer to guide the Investment Committee in developing the Terms of Reference which shall be circulated on this forum for comment. 3. It was resolved that members willing to participate in the collective investment arrangements should contribute Shs100,000 every quarter. The first such contribution is expected by 30 March 2010, in time to be handed to a registered and Capital Markets Authority Regulated Investment Manager . At that point the Terms of Reference, how contributions will be made, selection of Investment Manager and Investment Objectives will have been completed. 4. Execution is key and we should not be spending time theorising when we can take steps in the right direction. After studying the presentation that will be emailed to all, those willing to participate should plan the initial contribution.
