Thanks comrades for the initiatives. Due to some reasons, it was not possible for some of us to make it to the science cafe of 23/1/10, and i beleive, the team that has been set up should go ahead to develop a TOR as agreed in the cafe. Incase others are bringing the element of concept note, the team can equally take that up, instead of us lamenting on the speed at which the arrangements are being made. Regards
