Dear Members,

I have been in deep thought about my motivation, skill and power to mobilize
and make the West Nile Investment Club happen and have come to the
realization that I am not in the best position to mobilize this investment
club. My reasons are very simple, I have a commitment to run my businesses
that need me critically at a moment when they threaten to collapse if I do
not add serious effort to them. I have also committed myself to resume
studies of a very complicated subject and time has become very scarce.
Lastly I am the Event Manager for the upcoming Celebration of West Nile
Heritage I think it is an overload!

I would like to say that I will however be available for one off advice to
the team that will take this forward, for I need to retreat and put my house
in order. WNF (esp. Caleb Alaba) & Science Cafe, I hope this does not come
to you in a negative way but I think you need a more motivated, efficient
and experienced person for this project. Someone who may also have some free
time.

I have shared the DFCU documents and Diana Ondoga is ready to proceed with
the registration of the club she will offer free advice and support to the
team.

Regards

Richard Okuti Boroa
