Dears Izama Angelo, Akua S. Lulua and others, Re-baptizing sometimes does the trick. However, West Nile is much broader and more encompassing than Arua! Despite Busoga has never changed name yet there is the prevalence todate of "Busoga Hernia" in that region, Guinea has never changed name due to "Guinea Worm", Uganda has never changed name due to the bad Amin Era. There are many deseases and other bad phenomena/ incidences the world over named according to their origin or places they were first described or recognised or occured and the places have never changed names! I think the proposed event will potray and promote West Nile positively, not desease wise. Aggrey --- On Fri, 25/3/11, Angelo Izama <[email protected]> wrote:
