Uncle Nyax et al,
The concept was indeed well recieved in Arua, i did not attend but the talk
around town since sunday morning is deep well into a positively recieved
initiative. It's therefore imperative to ride on this good will to articulate
other issues affecting the community.

To the champions of this particular one, i say kudos.

Anthony

Thanks,
The Science cafe in Arua was really nice,my first time to attend but I think
and
our friends from Entebbe and the USA, agreed with me on the same. The topic Why
Maternal and infant deaths on the rise pitied men against women and I think we
really learnt alot from the women. To me the men took is as defending their
position.
Some of the testimonies from the women drew tears from our eyes and the first
of its kind,my really pleased with the level of participation from the
audience. We had to stop the others due to time.We may need to keep the time of
4pm to exhaust the topics. The next one will surely be there you will be
notified, but its hoped to be a monthly idea.
Doctor Anguzu must have learnt alot, what women go thru in the hospital that he
was not aware of.he latter had to respond to some of the issues raised.
So far so good. They have requested us to come back.
A brief.
Dont miss the next.Bye
