Dr Onzubo should proceed and implement his order to close the Police station 
and the hospital unless he sees changes in hygiene standards,even the hospital 
administration agreed as noted in the news report.

This is really true. There is alot to be done at the hospital. The patient,
health worker ratio is poor. Looks like most patients shun the health
centres for the hospital.
I was shocked at hw people sleep on the floors, corridors etc. We actually
need more wards to carter for this.
I also appreciated how the few nurses try their best to work on the
pateints.
Arua hospital is a Regional referral hospital and needs to work by
examples. There is a provider of cleaning services in the hospital. Their
perfomance has to be checked.
