West Nilers, Honoring Dr. Onzivua with the appointment of training Ugandan health workers on health ethics is a big trust in us. Training is one thing and seeing real change in the conduct of health workers is yet a critical challenge we hope for. Let us support Dr. Onzivua and Dr. Ondoa. On the other part, we public servants deserve a refresher or retraining on ethics. That Ministry of Ethics needs to get to the ground. Meanwhile, we need to set a pace in West Nile by re-discovering work ethics for Uganda to follow. We seem to move from civil servants to 'rude' masters. God help Uganda as we 'celebrate 50 years of self 'rule' aka independence. God bless. Elly
