Dear Milton, I could really have gone to Mulago if I was around, unfortunately the whole week I am tied up and that has been my dilema. I dont know who can help on ground. If there is anybody who can help us on this, I would be grateful. I otherwise if nothing happens till next week, I will be around and I can follow to Mulago then.
