telephone. It seems the racket of conmen has grown and now includes people from
West Nile or those who know about personalities from the region.
Fr. Steve Adraka has been victim as well as Bishop Joel Obetia so be warned,
may be take some precautionary measures, like checking with third parties,
family or close friends of the one purporting to have an emergency before
taking action.
