Dear netters last January 2012 i was almost a victim of such people who even talked to me in Lugbara and the person claimed to be my Engineer called Albert and Indeed i know Albert Yumaga but not the Conn man who claimed to be linking me to do business with Tulow Oil and he said he will use a Chopper from Albertine region and Lands in Entebbe Airport and that was when i came to my Senses because my reasoning was why can't he land in Kololo Airstrip since it is a Chopper and of course the fool continued to convince me but i told him i was in Koboko and he should send me money for chartering a plane thus when he told me even the business am going to be linked to needs five Million Uganda shillings to be given to him as a bribe that is when i noted that the man wanted to con me. Please be vigilant as they said because they use a person who knows where you work,even tell you about your friends and the social places you visit. they use a person who knows the local language you speak Regards Driliga
