Dear Milton, even though the investigation will be done by another country or people, the results to be released will depend on what Uganda government deems fit. Million investigations have happened in this country and either the reports become adulterated at the end or they never get relseased at all. I have never heard about the end report of Garang's death, Mayombo's death report, bomb blast report where America was fully involved etc etc. So as I person, I dont expect much. Already alot had happened just before they took off according to the flying rumours. So what happened in kenya may just be the end result As usual we just wait to see this time round, may be this may be different.
