Hi Everyone, Nyaks point of tariff's should be taken up the way the Pakwach I.D 
check was taken up and a solution got.  WENRECO, used to exploit people. We 
have to take up issues of electricity poles and tarriff's. Eng. Afimani once 
dissected this issue. Let's not relent on pursuing our rights. Nice weekend
