Dear members,
Clearly enough research has been undertaken on the ailing education sector
in west Nile region. May i propose that we identify one school each from
both secondary and primary section, and use it as a case study and try to
implement some of the recommendations contained in the report?

The interventions that will have been adopted in the school so identified
can be used as a model and spread to the others.

Of course the issue would be which school?
