Milton, and Adiga, thanks for these eulogies. Some of had no idea what the 
General was like when he was the VP. People from West Nile have several times 
been unfairly judged without looking at positives or bright sides. I exchanged 
bitterly with Nina Mbambazi when he called the late Gen.  a dictator, may be 
Butagira could piece some of these experiences so that those who did not know 
the General would understand. May his soul rest in peace.
