I remember the day I took a UK professor friend of mine to westnile. On our way to Arua after crossing Pakwachi he asked me whether Museveni knew that Westnile existed.
I was puzzled by that question but then he quickly explained why he asked - Westnile looks very different from most parts of Uganda with very ovious signs of poverty and paucity of fair infrustructure. I found that a very intruiging realization. Sent from Yahoo! Mail on Android
