Hi comrades, i think congs is still the main subject. In case we need to have a new chapter in the role of the office mentioned in view of the earlier experiences, then some gathering that is critical and aiming at this direction is required. Otherwise the person handing over the office of RDC and the one taking over appears to be hailing from the same community and county (if i haven't forgotten) in Arua District. May both of them will need to attend such proposed ceremonies. It doesn't sound to me like a waste yet (my opinion). Thanks
