Just thinking loudly - when these RDCs are reshuffled, do they hand over
office? If so,then will it be too much to request the District leadership to
modify that occassion and use it to involve we, who have a stake in the affairs
of the district, to gather and share what the outgoing has achieved and what
the incoming plans for us in terms of development. This party thing can then be
added on to...that is if it is necessary. And by the way, I'm assuming that
both the outgoing and incoming will be receptive and positive to the idea of
bringing them together for such a just cause.

district

Hi comrades, i think congs is still the main subject. In case we need to have a
new chapter in the role of the office mentioned in view of the earlier
experiences, then some gathering that is critical and aiming at this direction
is required. Otherwise the person handing over the office of RDC and the one
taking over appears to be hailing from the same community and county (if i
haven't forgotten) in Arua District. May both of them will need to attend such
proposed ceremonies. It doesn't sound to me like a waste yet (my opinion).
Thanks
