Dear Philip and all that i have requested to be deregistered, I recall
requesting the Administrator to deregister me 2 years ago, however to date
i still receive this unsolicited mails!
To the Administrator can you please  de-register me? it is a conscious
decision i have taken and i will appreciate if my request is acted upon
immediately!
