Yeah, and I did that before added those NEWS items, but it's a pain to wade
through all the non-significant changes.

Thanks for adding those.  I would have added the stuff about non-UNIX FTP
listings, but I figured I'd wait until the ftpparse situation was resolved.
And I wasn't sure whether or not to add the hash table and HTML parser
changes, since they're only pseudo-user-visible.  Anyway, looks like now
everything that should be in there is.  We'll just have to keep an eye on
maintaining it.
