Get the normal sourcecode from http://sunsite.dk/wget/ , read Install.
If you have VC run configure.bat and nmake.
I don't know if the current sources do compile with borland or watcom
compilers or if tweaking is needed.
If you want ssl get and compile openssl, get the lastest 1.7-dev sources
and my (small) patch from
http://www.mail-archive.com/[email protected]/msg00142.html .
