wget using Netscape cache?

Hi!

Web downloader called d4x aka downloader for X uses Netscape cache
files if they exist.

Could this (optional) functionality be added to wget also?

Netscape cache usually resides in ~/.netscape/cache/[01][0-9A-F]
directories and the index file in ~/.netscape/cache/index.db.
