I suspect there is a Perl module that reads it... Yep, Netscape::Cache and
maybe some others, go to http://search.cpan.org/ and enter 'Netscape' into
the module search.

A quicker and dirtier way is to enter a URL of 'about:cache' in Netscape,
and it will neatly (but not very logically) summarise the cache contents
for you - which you can save as a text file. Not sure if you can automate
that...
