Oh yes, two questions remains......
1) Sorry for my ignorance, what is the CVSROOT for wget?
2) I have updated zh_TW.Big5 translation of wget (yes, it is "zh" in wget,
but actually it should be zh_TW.Big5, since there is another encoding
zh_CN.GB2312 which is completely different, and naming it 'zh' causes much
headache for Taiwan, China mainland and Hong Kong people), where should I
put it? (If you like, I can upload zh_CN.GB2312.po too)
