Sorry, I should've expressed myself more clearly.
I meant that mails posted to the list by non-subscribers should be taken care
of by the admins. Posts by subscribers should be let through like today.
That way, unsubscribed people can still mail bug-wget@ etc and the mails will
get through properly, if only slightly delayed.
