Thomas, please think this through before responding. *Of course* one does not want to allow setting cookies for an entire country. Mozilla does allow cookie generalization (I've used it), but not all kinds of generalization. I was interested in exactly what kind of algorithm is used for that. Unless I have seriously misunderstood you, you haven't provided any new insight into the problem.
