    This is only my opinion, but I would like something like this: if
you set 'timeout', it only applies to any *_timeout option not
specified in the wgetrc, not to all of them, specified or not, like
it is now. Or even more complicated: apply timeout to *_timeout
options not specified in the wgetrc or to any whose value is '-1'. As
you can see, it is better as it is now O:))
