Phil,
You would have to use the External Program capabilities in WUG, to do ICQ.
Means that you probably need to write some code to collect the
data/variables WUG sends, then format to pass as an ICQ message, then
compose and send the message. I'm not all that familiar with ICQ, so don't
know exact steps you would use.
