I haven't used ICQ in quite some time, but I do remember that there is
an email address associated with your ID that allows non-ICQ people to
send you messages (aka 'pages'). If you cannot find this info from
Mirabilis, let me know and I'll dig it up. But once you have it, you
can just send a regular email to your ICQ user.
