Many (most?) MIBs contain a symbolic pointer to bits & pieces of other MIBs
which they might incorporate. If 1213 is on your 'parts list', well, you
gotta go get those parts! The NT MIB must have such a dependency.
When you extract/include/resolve a MIB into a MIBtool the extractor
typically scans the text of the input MIB looking for IMPORTS statements.
If there are such declarations, the extractor will try to figure out if it
already has the 'parts' pointed to by the IMPORTS. Open your NT MIB source
in a benign text editor. There's probably something like
IMPORTS
OBJECT-TYPE
FROM RFC-1213
Get a copy of that MIB and extract/include it into WUG or whatever MIB
tool. Do the same for any other IMPORTS objects referred to. Then extract
the NT MIB. If there are no other logical or syntatical snags, that should
work.

Hi,
It means that the mib is dependent on RFC-1213. Do a find for this mib and
download it and compile it. You can find it at
http://www.somix.com/software/mibs/ download the rfc mibs.
