OK, thanks. But I�d like to monitor MySQL service under tcp/ip service. And
I�d like to know if it�s is possible and how to do this.
Somebody know how to do this ?

You're not selecting the right option.  When you click "new", make sure you
change the service type to "SNMP Threshold" rather than TCP/IP Services.
Then
you can enter the MIB and the value to monitor.
