I believe the individual pager notifications' settings (7 AM -10 PM) will
override the setting to the Group Notification assignment to a device (in
your case 24 hours)

As a result the Evenlog will not show any Alerts being processed (Success or
Failed) during the "Off-hours" of the Pager Notifications within the Group.
