The problem with that is when the services hangs, Nt reports it as up, but it
does not respond to the client, hence the need to monitor it at the IP level

I am trying to setup a custom TCP service to monitor Citrix ICA and
Microsoft
RDP protocols, with WhatsupGold 6.02
Does anyone know the correct settings for these services
