If you want to monitor ICA services - telnet to <server>:1494 then cut the
response ( the response will be something like ICA or similar ) and paste
it into the custom TCP/IP SERVICE panel.
RDP is on 3389 (tcp) : my brain cells are telling me that RDP is a client
side thing -- though I have been known to fry a few cells from time to time.
