WUG runs its own web server, but you need to install and start the service for it to work. Pages 12 -14 of the user guide cover it in detail, but to get you started, all you need to do is run wugsvc -install from a command prompt. Then do net start wugsvc.
To get the best out of it, you will need to modify the startup parameters for the service. You need to have it log on using an account in the domain admins group, otherwise it wont be able to access any services to monitor on other machines. It starts the web server on port 80.
