I realize you are familiar with the NetTools discovery scan, but
you may also be interested in exploring the Discovery Wizard
(New Map, right click to Discover Devices, and select Discover
your network using ICMP) You will find there are additional
services and features here (for example interface discovery
on routers, filtering, and more advanced type checking (SChecks)).
