The reason I tried IIS is because I could not get the web server up with
just whatsup. I have contacted support and they could not help me. I have
reinstalled WU still no go. Support says that there is something stopping WU
from serving the pages. The only think on this box is Exchange 5.5, I also
have Microsoft's URLSCAN loaded ( But as far as I know URLSCAN only works
with IIS). Does anyone know of any issues with URLSCAN and WU web server?

Thanks

Danny,

WhatsUp Gold serves up the web interface through its own web server.
You do not need IIS. To enable the WhatsUp Gold web interface:
Configure->Web Server tic the Enable Web Server box.
TCP Port - Change this if you have IIS or any other web server running on
the box.
