I am sure, Support said that there is something blocking WUG from server the
pages. They could not tell me what or help me find out what. I have tried
running the WUG web server on port 8000 port 8080 and so on still it does
not work.

Why did support say they couldn't help you?
Are you sure that you are not running the WUG webserver on
the same port that you have IIS running?  (80)
