Don, I agree that you can't beat WUG. But if you go to CDW's website http://www.cdw.com/shop/search/results.asp?key=Whatsup+Gold&x=26&y=11 You'll see that they sell it with the service agreement for $717.84
So why should we waste $300? I can spend that on other software or more WUG licenses.
