 We are unable to reproduce this.  Can you let me know exactly what period
you are do not want notifications and how you are configuring them?

Below is a simple test case (in INI form) that you can cut a paste
into notepad and save as "AlertWindow.ini" then import into your copy of WUG.
You can use this to experiment with monitoring and alerting time periods if desired.
In this example are 4 devices,

one monitored 9am to 5pm and Alerted 24x7
one monitored 5pm to 9am and Alerted 24x7
one monitored 24x7 and Alerted 9am to 5pm
one monitored 24x7 and Alerted 5pm to 9am
