This is an FAQ.  There's something in the WUG knowledge base about it.

But, the best source of this information is http://www.wtcs.org/snmp4tpc/.

This guy has put together the mother of all snmp-for-windows sites.

By the way:  be prepared to be underwhelmed at every turn with Win2k's
ability to play nice with SNMP.

Hi all,

We have just started using Whats'up, and we would like to check free disk
space % on some NT servers. SNMP is active and diskperf running. Do anyone
has an idea how to have this value in SNMP messages. Actually we only have a
zero value filled by NT, the Megabytes Free counters is filled.
