Has anyone had this problem with WhatsUp 7.02. I have a Cisco 3640 with a couple of frame relay interfaces. When WhatsUp was setup it scanned the device and found all of the correct interfaces. But now one of those interfaces decided to show up as down, but the interface was up, so I removed it and left whatsup rescan it but it will not find that interface at all. Not sure if it is a Cisco problem or a WhatsUp problem. Also, on the map now it shows a blue line between the devices instead of the green one, just on that interface, the rest are still green. I have not changed anything on the router or on the whatsup machine, and 7.02 is what was first loaded on a windows 2000 workstation, the only other program loaded on that machine is MRTG.
