Importing Hosts

Is there any way to import devices without auto discovering them? I have
a list about 50 devices I'd like to import but they won't be able to be
discovered using ICMP, Network Neighborhood, registry, etc. They are
just in a text file which may need to be formatted a certain way I
assume.
