Hi everybody, We are using WUG version 7.01 with Windows 2000 SP2.
The problem we have is that quite often the WUG gets blocked when trying to get a "Quick Status" from any device of the maps. The only way to recover the control to WUG is to kill the WUG Application using the Task Manager from Windows 2000. All other options of the program work fine. Anyone may help?
